Jameel Allen

Jameel Allen, Sr. is the Founder, Chairman, and Chief Executive Officer of SAI Diversified Energy Services Inc., a leading firm specializing in pipe and steel fabrication, and procurement, serving multiple markets across the energy, industrial, and infrastructure sectors. With over 27 years of experience, Allen has built a reputation for driving strategic growth, operational excellence, and industry innovation across global energy markets.

Before founding SAI, Allen held senior executive roles at Charah Solutions, Allied Power, Saulsbury Industries, and Fluor Corporation.

During his tenure at Fluor, he served in a wide range of leadership positions, including Chief of Staff to the Corporate Sales Board, and played key roles in Business Development, Construction, and Operations & Maintenance (O&M) across diverse sectors such as Power, Chemicals, Life Sciences, Manufacturing, Automotive, and Government. He notably served as Deputy Country Manager of Business Development in Afghanistan for Fluor’s Government Group from July 2009 to July 2010.

Allen remains deeply engaged in both professional and civic leadership. He serves on the Board of Trustees at South Carolina State University, representing South Carolina’s 4th Congressional District. He is a member of the MBA Advisory Council at Arizona State University’s W.P. Carey School of Business, and is actively involved in the United Way African American Leadership Council in Greenville, SC.

He has held multiple leadership roles in the community, including Chairman of the City Club of Greenville, and currently serves as Chairman of Greenville County’s Scouting of America (formerly Boy Scouts of America). He also sits on the Board of Directors for Safe Harbor, a nonprofit serving victims of domestic violence, and is the Chairman and President of the City of Greer Corporation. Previously, Allen served on the Electric Power Board for the utility sector.

Allen holds a Bachelor’s degree from South Carolina State University and an MBA from the W.P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University.
